World of Reel shared this reaction from a test screening of Mickey17 on 8 June 2023:
Hey, I attended the Mickey 17 screening last night and I thought it was fantastic. Perfectly conveys the mood and directorial ticks of all his previous films; it’s funny but also cleverly political and though action and adventure take a back seat it’s always doing something sharp and thrilling. Robert Pattinson is wonderfully unhinged in twin roles, very reminiscent of the performances in Fight Club, Mark Ruffalo is delivering a very Trump-ian performance that akin to Tilda Swinton in Snowpiercer and if that’s not enough Toni Colette is just as evil and always in his ear. The production is stunning, big sets and practical effects with very minimal CGI work and the cinematography here is like super close to so much of David Finchers work, so stunning and very much a likely contender for a nomination. It was quite an experience. The introducer emphasized how early it was in the process with very minimally done but 75% was pretty much polished and ready to go with just a score and sound design missing. So much of it was clearly practical.
Rob certainly does many varied random appearances and this blurry photo shows him with Julia Garner, Suki Waterhouse, Keleigh Teller, Miles Teller, Aaron Rodgers and Taylor Swift at her #ErasTour. It’s a little blurry but I’ll take it. I believe this is from her East Rutherford, New Jersey show, but if I’m wrong let me know.
We have seen this photo below in colour, but Sven Goerlich shared this beauty in black and white on his instgram. It’s also shared on his website

Here’s some great new photos of Rob at Berlinale for Damsel – the black and white above we’ve posted before in colour (and I’ve included again for ease of reference). Stunning shots.

Offering an insight into Herzog’s everyday life, the film includes archive material and interviews with collaborators including Christian Bale, Chloe Zhao, Robert Pattinson and Nicole Kidman …
Below is MetFilm’s official trailer featuring Rob.

Thomas von Steinaecker’s documentary on Werner Herzog “Radical Dreamer” is due for release on 27 October 2022. Wonder what else Rob has to say – the video below starts on Nicole Kidman pondering whether Werner Herzog did in fact eat his shoe – Rob wonders as well. I believe the answer is yes – indeed he did.

What a brilliant find. There’s no sound on Sally’s video but you can hear someone who sounds eerily like Stephen Hawking recite the words for Stray Dog at the source HERE
