This interview took place during Rob’s promotion of Twilight & I don‘t remember seeing it in full before. First up in the video, the 2 hosts talk about the US Twilight DVD release & then Rob’s interview follows.
In the interview, Rob is asked the usual Twilight related questions & even though we have heard Rob answer all these questions many times before, he always comes up with interesting & entertaining answers. I really enjoyed watching this one (as we always do when watching anything Rob related!)
Access Hollywood said that a number of participating retailers in the US will be holding special midnight parties for the DVD launch of the teen vampire drama on Friday night. There will be stars and filmmakers making surprise appearances at one store each in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas and Salt Lake City.
To check the full list of participating retailers, please click here on their site.
Access Hollywood would also reveal which Twilight star is going to be on which store tomorrow. Keep checking back for updates.
The HOW TO BE Promo Blitz site posted Oliver Irving’s video during the Cinequest screening of HOW TO BE. Oliver brought his camera during the festival and put this video together for his Director’s Diary.
There’s also good news for those who wanted to buy the HOW TO BE soundtrack. The Dreamboat Records Facebook page has updated their page and said that the soundtrack would be on sale on the 12th of April. I can’t wait!!
Here’s what is included in the soundtrack:
The How To Be soundtrack includes 4 exclusive tracks performed and sung by Art (Robert Pattinson); the much requested Hammond Song from the trailer (The Roches); tracks by the Roller Coaster Project (Ronnie, played by Johnny White); and, the beautiful original score, written by Joe Hastings and produced by Gary Moore.

The very talented HYBeccer over at Rob’s IMDb message board has made this amazing Little Ashes fan made trailer. I think the song ‘Iris’ by The Goo Goo Dolls is a great song choice. I really enjoyed watching this.
Thank you so much to HYBeccer for sharing her creation with us all. Makes me want to see the movie even more (if that is at all possible)
Matthew McNulty talks to ES magazine about his role in Little Ashes, his next movie with British director Ken Loach, his previous roles and his fiancee (his high school sweetheart and the mother of his two children). Can this guy be any more awesome? Sorry…when it comes to Matt, I must admit that I’m really biased. I really wish the best for him and hope that Little Ashes will bring him the attention he deserves.
Here’s what he said about Rob:
There’s something that draws you to Rob. He is really intelligent and he’s a charming chap as well. When the Twilight thing exploded I wasn’t surprised. Little Ashes will be seen by a lot more people now.’ Matthew and Robert are the only British actors in the Spanish cast. ‘Previously he was just that guy from Harry Potter [he played Cedric Diggory and was murdered by Ralph Fiennes in the fourth instalment]. The fact that he’s playing Dali will wash that off a bit and people will see him as a proper actor.’
Special thanks to Tracy and Tina for sending me the link.
PattinsonLife LJ Community just posted a link to the Apple Trailer website’s ‘Little Ashes’ page. I must say that I’ve been waiting for this for a long while. Basically, this just made my morning. Seeing the ‘Little Ashes’ Trailer in HD was breathtaking. The picture and the sound are so clear, you could almost imagine what seeing the movie in the cinema feels like.
I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ve watched this several times today, not just to see Robert…but Matthew and Javier as well. And of course the movie is gorgeous.
Please click here to go to the Apple site. I’ve been a Mac User for many years, and I must say that I’m really proud of them at the moment.
