This interview with Daniel Arrias who is the stunt coordinator / trainer for The Batman happened in October 2020 and I’ve started the interview where they start talking The Batman (58.07). American Cinematographer Discusses Waiting for the Barbarians
American Cinematographer interviewer John Bailey, ASC discusses Waiting for the Barbarians with cinematographer Chris Menges, ASC, BSC and producer Michael Fitzgerald. It is an interesting discussion which provides some great insights into what they were trying to achieve with their shots. I do like what they said about those glasses worn by Johnny Depp. At around 52.14 they discuss how they filmed the scene with Joll and Mandel (Robert Pattinson) whilst showing the footage in which they are sitting in judgment of Mark Rylance’s Magistrate (ie photo above).

Christopher Nolan talks about the relationship between the Protagonist and Neil at around 5.12 – there may be spoilers for those who are yet to watch Tenet. Interesting insight into some of the storyline.
