Celebuzz posted an article a few days ago. It’s called ‘Robert Pattinson: I Love My… Knit beanies!‘.  I must say that I adore his ‘crazy hair’ but the beanie is really cute as well. And apparently, one of the reasons he’s wearing a beanie is because Rob is concerned of having ‘plumes of dandruff” (plumes…lol) on him, due to lack of hair washing. Oh, and I just had to make this picspam of Rob’s appearance the ‘Apple Store’ event because there are so many nice pictures of him with a beanie that it’s too hard just to pick one.

The Dish Rag by Elizabeth Snead from LA Times mentioned that there will only be an East Coast  Premiere for Little Ashes. The press conference will be held in New York, but the date isn’t confirmed yet. The film will also be shown at the European Film Market Festival (Berlinare), which starts next week, but Robert Pattinson will not be attending.

Anyway, I am jealous of those lucky fans in the States who are able to watch the movie on March 27th (not that long to go..) which is actually the same date that Kristen Stewart’s movie, Adventureland, is going to open. Which one are you going to see first?

Here are some new outtakes of my second favourite Rob photoshoot last year (my favourite one was the ‘Teen Mag photoshoot…”). They all look gorgeous in these photos. But doesn’t Rob look slightly grumpy?

Robert Pattinson Channels Artist Salvador Dalí

Twilight star Robert Pattinson can’t always play a vampire heartthrob.

In his next movie, Little Ashes, set in 1922 and described by Variety as an “arty Bohemian romp,” the London-born actor, 22, plays Spanish surrealist painter (1904-1989) Salvador Dalí as a young man – in love with the poet Federico GarcÍa Lorca, played by Javier Beltran.

The two meet at university, with Lorca attracted to what the movie’s production notes call Dalí’s “bizarre blend of shyness and rampant exhibitionism.” Hey, beats a bite in the neck.

Little Ashes opens in late March.

It is so wonderful to see Little Ashes getting some well deserved attention.  There is no release date for Australia as yet but I absolutely cannot wait for the day when we too will be able to see the movie.

According to SANITY.com, Twilight DVD will be released in Australia  on the 22nd of April. Click here, if you’d like to go to their website and pre-order the DVD. Personally, I can’t stand to wait that long, and will most likely buy the DVD from Amazon.com when it’s released in the States on the 21st of March. To pre-order from Amazon.com, click here.

Have you heard of ‘The Robert Pattinson Album’? As fans of Rob’s we’d like to see a book where the biographer has done some research on him and not embellish the facts with gossip materials and papparazi pictures. This beautifully illustrated book with over 75 photographs in full colour is one of the few books on Rob that we would recommend to buy.

To find out more about this book, you can click here to look at their official Myspace page. At the moment, we’re hoping that Plexus, the publishing house would soon find an Australian distributor so we can get it on our local bookstores. If you’re impatient (like me…) you can click here at their Amazon site to get more information and even pre-order a copy.

Here are some spreads from the book:
