I was really excited to see these photos of Rob from the short film The Summer House.  As we all know, Rob plays the character of Richard.  There is no release date at the moment for this film but I really hope we get to see it one day very soon.  From what I have seen & heard it sounds like a great little film.

According to Robert Pattinson Online, Rob’s short film ‘Summer House’ will  be making its debut in the Cannes Film Festival. It will be shown at the Short Film’s Corner on Thursday the 14th of May and Friday the 15th of May.

So this is why Rob needs to be in Cannes. Hmm…I wonder if he’s going to be there for his birthday as well?

Some great news, an official trailer for the short film ’The Summer House’ which as we know Rob plays the character of ‘Richard’ has been released.  The footage we see of Rob in the trailer is pretty much the same as the footage we have seen before in previous clips, but this time we get to hear what he is saying as well which is great.

The Summer House Official Website, still has the film listed as coming out in April 2009 so fingers crossed we will get to see it very soon.
