Looks like Polar Star (Argentina) are acting as the sales agent for Robert Pattinson “The Childhood of a Leader” on VOD, Pay TV, Pay Per View and Broadband for Latin America & Brazil. I am also ignoring the “Tim Roth” reference since they clearly have the photo with Liam Cunningham.

I posted the other day that Japan had classified the film and obtained a Japanese distributor. I also wondered if it would be released in November as part of Tokyo Film Festival.  According to Cinema Today, Robert Pattinson “The Childhood of a Leader” will be released in November through Toho Cinemas.  An exact release date is yet to be confirmed, but stay tuned.  Toho Cinemas are currently only showing “coming soon” to the end of September.  Plus you know the Japanese always create separate websites for their movies.  Can’t wait.  In the meantime, here is the Japanese poster.

We posted back on 21 June 2016 that the IFC Center would have screenings of Robert Pattinson “The Childhood of a Leader” from 22 July 2016 and that tickets would be available to purchase from 18 July 2016.  I was checking IFC’s site tonight and noticed that there will be a screening on 21 July 2016 at 7.30 pm.  You can purchase your tickets here.

According to Data Premiery the release date for Robert Pattinson “The Childhood of a Leader” in Poland will be Friday 11 November 2016.  Filmweb Poland is also stating 11 November date.

Updated:  The distributor, Against Gravity, has the film listed on their website confirming 11 November release date.
