We posted on Monday that Queen of the Desert was “coming soon” to the Philippines.  Xine Gang posted a trailer today and stated:   “Opens March 2 exclusive at Ayala Malls Cinemas from Axinite Digicinema.”  I also found confirmation at ClicktheCity:

 

From what I can gather Cine Bacco (San Miguel) is screening Queen of the Desert today, 16 February 2016 and Pocket Theatre/Petit Bar Cinema (San Miguel) is screening it on 18 February 2016.  If I’ve gotten the names of the cinemas wrong – please let me know.

 

The distributor for Queen of the Desert posted back in January that the film will be coming soon. Will keep you updated on the actual release date.  So far it’s not listed at any of the cinemas that I’ve checked.  In the meantime, you can enjoy their new poster.

CDon.com has Queen of the Desert being released on DVD on 11 April 2016.  Another straight to DVD by the look of it.  You can preorder here.  Nothing yet about about bluray.
