Bringing this post forward – remember when the Ice Bucket Challenge in 2014 had people everywhere stepping up to the plate: they had a bucket of ice water (or the closest thing to it) poured over their heads to raise money and awareness for ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). Countless celebrities posted videos of their water bucket challenges and their nominations. Zach Efron nominated Rob and Rob graciously accepted. Since Rob is not on social media, Zach recorded the event and shared it on his IG and YouTube (which has been subsequently deleted).
Who would have thought that the carved mermaid would have had the largest bid for any of the items – the power of Rob. I wonder if Rob bought it himself.
Final bids are in USD and in order of highest to lowest:
So many have wished Rob a happy birthday on social media that it has been sometimes difficult to keep up (it hasn’t helped that he trolled the world with his GQ pasta recipe and not training for Batman which has also blown up the internet). However, one of my favourites is this from Rotten Tomatoes IG. Click play and enjoy
Today we celebrate the 34th birthday of the man, the myth … no wait he ain’t no myth – he’s a rock star. Rob ever so talented in so many ways actor, musician, model, muse, photographer and comedian, although he will deny the latter – he’s the perfect package or so most of us believe. The year started off with all of us excited for The Batman, Tenet and The Devil All the Time. COVID-19 had other plans, but one thing is for sure, sharing and celebrating Rob as a daily ritual always bring peace and happiness into our lives.
Rob all of us at RPAU hope you have an absolutely amazing day filled with love, health and happiness – raises glass!
byndcrft shares Robert Pattinson photos circa 2010/2011
Going from Rob’s hair it looks to me like this was post Water for Elephants filming and around the time he was promoting both Eclipse and WFE in 2010/2011. I could be wrong but that’s what it looks like to me.
Lawrence Yee Shares 2008 Circa Photo with Robert Pattinson
This looks like it was the same night as the Hollywood Awards & Starz After Party on 27 October 2008. Rob won “New Hollywood” at the event. Ah how time has flown and here we are with him as The Batman. If only my 2008 self knew the ride we would be on – I doubt I would have believed it.
