Aah Rob as Daniel, god love him. There are not enough hours in the day to adore him for all that he represents, or appreciate how the world population could do with a little more Daniel in their lives.
I’ve chosen this scene to share today, mostly due to the giggle inducing connection with and how it seems perfectly natural for Daniel to be hanging out with the older crowd. He just kinda gets on up to change the record like he’s really into it … Then of course there’s the act of kindness at the end of the clip, he really is a bless. Let’s not forget we see Rob’s beautiful eyes too (a rare treat in this movie).
Enjoy and have a great afternoon all!

As you can all see, we’ve decided upon The Bad Mother’s Handbook for week three of our Golden Years series. Rob is just so adorable & wonderful as Daniel Gale.  I remember the first time I saw him, I completely fell in love with him. My heart always goes out to Daniel in this scene as he sits at the table having a very awkward dinner with his parents & Charlie. The exchange between Daniel & Charlie while sitting on the couch I love. It’s just so sweet, especially the quote I have used as my subject line. I really love these two characters together & the relationship that develops between them. Hope you all enjoy this scene as much as I always do. Oh & if for some reason you have not yet seen this great movie, please do buy it. I know you’ll love it just as much as I do.

I guess there’s no secret to how much I love  angry Rob, so there will be no surprise in which scene from Remember Me I absolutely adore.  Plus I always dreamed about having an older brother, especially one like Tyler.  I really hope that we see Rob and Ruby again in a movie in the future because these two really have the best on screen chemistry I’ve seen in a very very long time.  There is just something so natural about their performances that you forget that they really aren’t brother and sister.

I think Michelle and Vertigo are expecting me to post my favourite Tyler scene this morning, but  I thought of  the idea for this vid the other day and thought this might be a better way to kick of f Friday and the countdown to the weekend.  Ah Tyler – you are always such a pleasure.  Hope you enjoy.

Whatever you do in life will be insignificant … but it’s very important that you do it.

These screencaps are not intended to be in the exact order of appearance as seen in the movie.  Please don’t scold me, I have my reasons.

Hope ya’ll enjoy this re-cap montage as much as I loved putting it together.  Rob’s portrayal so powerful, yet I’m amazed that I still believe in Tyler as much today as I did when I first watched Remember Me.   He really does stay with you forever …

I can’t believe I left out one of my favourite lines “I can feel it in my bones” – every time I say it I hear it in Rob’s voice and yet … for some reason I didn’t include it.  I think I was OD’ing on Tyler – yep that’s going to be my excuse.  Well I hope I haven’t excluded any of your fave lines, but if I have  don’t hassle me because then I might not bring you any more surprises.  Here’s my little treat for this morning … some of my fave Tyler lines.
