Exclusive Sneak Peek at James Mottram “The Secrets of Tenet
Eric from Insight Edition has provided us with two more peeks into James Mottram’s “The Secrets of Tenet: Inside Christopher Nolan’s Quantum Cold War”. We now see that Chapter 5 “Road To Nowhere” gives us a little insight into filming in Estonia and the film’s “time-bending” element known as “inversion”. The storyboard also tells us some behind the scenes of the Opera House scene that we have seen in the trailers featuring John David Washington’s character “The Protagonist”. Click below to open up UHQ pdfs. Thanks again to Eric from Insight Editions for sharing with us.
The book will also now be released on 12 August 2020.

Sneak Peek at Robert Pattinson in The Making of Tenet
I09 exclusively shared a sneak peek into The Secrets of Tenet: Inside Christopher Nolan’s Quantum Cold War book by James Mottram. The book is out on the same day as the film (31 July 2020) and offers “insights into all aspects of Tenets creation including an “in-depth commentary from Christopher Nolan himself and a range of other key collaborators.†Insight Editions have provided us with the press material which you can click on below (UHQ).
The first spread is the start of chapter two and talks a bit about casting non-traditional leads, which, we now know, ended up being John David Washington and Robert Pattinson.
Spread two is from about 70 pages past that and has storyboards, and the on-set photos, of some kind of action scene that involves a fire truck and two other massive vehicles. Spread three has some text explaining that a scene where Washington and Pattinson’s characters jump out of a building was shot practically, with the actual actors. They were on safety rigs and only did part of it but, still, it’s them.

Robert Pattinson featured in James Mottram’s “The Secrets of Tenet”
You might recall earlier this month we posted about an upcoming behind the scenes book for Tenet “The Secrets of Tenet: Inside Christopher Nolan’s Quantum Cold War”. We have been fortunate enough to be contacted by the publishers to help promote and provide content when it becomes available. For now though, the author James Mottram shared the cover on his Twitter account and confirmed to RPWW that there are some great shots of Rob in the book.
