I know I’ve posted the excerpts about The Rover from this article before, but I like that Rob also talks about being a fan of Werner Herzog.  Anyway, I’m pretty sure you all don’t mind seeing this again if we had.  From The Northern Echo:
“Next up for the actor is the Werner Herzog film Queen Of The Desert, a biopic of the British explorer, archaeologist and writer Gertrude Bell, who was born in Washington, Tyne and Wear, and whose father was three times mayor of Middlesbrough.
Pattinson, who plays Lawrence of Arabia in the film, says landing the role was “just crazyâ€.
“I’ve been a fan of Herzog since I was 16. I met him for that job three years ago; I thought it was never going to happen and when it finally did, it was amazing. Riding around Morocco on a camel, it was pretty great.â€
Thanks Maria. I may of missed it the first time round so its new for me. 🙂
Am I the only one who had the thought that the CAMEL probably thought it was pretty great, too? *what makes me think these things?*
Thanks for sharing Maria. I CANNOT wait to see Rob in this role – excites 😀
LOL Sue. Lucky camel!!
Stupid R. If it wasn’t for my R, that could have been me.

LOL!!!!!!!!!! @Carmel
Ha ha ha!!!! @Carmel (or should I say, Camel) and Sue, you two should form a comedy duet. @Sue – what makes you think these things? YOUR DIRTY MIND, that’s what! (Now I’m trying to picture the camel-in-question’s face – do camels smile?)
