Lovely Michelle and whilst we are here – Annie Leibovitz as much as your photoshoot disappointed my very high expectations surely there are some outtakes you have yet to unleash – like more pics of Rob in that chevy or when he was lying down on the river bank? How about the piano playing – there is no way you only took 1 photo of each. Hmmm – c’mon give them up already.

I still remember the thrill of finding that issue of VF on the shelf at the newsagents, buying it, and racing home so I could savour it in peace! I think it was the first publication I bought deliberately because of who was inside (and on the cover) since I was about 14 years old. When I discovered that there was more from this shoot online, I nearly had a heart attack, I was so excited! The Leibowitz shoot was nowhere near as varied and exciting, though he looked adorable in that hat, and the one slouching in the car…! *fans self* Michelle, thanks for taking me back there with these beauties, and Martha M, good to hear from you again – your absence has been very noticable!

It’s so hard to choose a favorite because there are one or two that stand out from each shoot. My least favorite is Boy George/Amish dude. lol

Oh Vanity Fair. Up there with my favourites easily. While I was disappointed with the “amish” shoot I agree with Maria about the outtakes. Preferably ones on the piano. Thanks ladies!
