I can’t believe this is just coming on 4 years ago. What?
Remember the anticipation, the crazy and an abundance of good times while Rob did some of his best work. Onscreen magic is what it was! How fortunate were we, to be taken along for the ride and here is just a small taste of the Remember Me on set experience. Kick up your heels girls and boys!

Still think Rob & Ruby had some of the best chemistry – they were so cute together. I’m surprised we haven’t seen more of Ruby tbh – in movies – I know she’s been on Nurse Jackie.

Wow nearly 4 years ago, where has that time gone to??? It truly only seems like yesterday we were waking to new pics of Rob on set each day. Such a crazy & wonderful time.

Adore your collection of pics here Vertigo, such beautiful moments. Thanks so much for sharing 😀

So with you Maria re: Rob & Ruby Such a natural & beautiful chemistry between them. LOVE them together. We knew from the set pics their scenes together would be something very special & they sure were.

I saw the film in Jan 2013 only and was the first movie with R.Pattinson I’ve ever seen at that time. I switched the TV on the movie only because of P.Brosnan.The film was great and it will always have a certain significance for me, since in that period I was in te middle of a serious depression and suddenly that movie woke me up, remembering people could have lots of worst problems than mine.I was like WOW, both for Rob and Pierce B. Robert was absolutely credible in that role, Emily DevRavin was enchanting.Beautiful movie, complete-if this makes sense. Only afterwards I saw all the other movies Robert was in. I watch Remember at least 2 times a month ever since. Compliments to all those who made that realise. Thanks

I’m still amazed that Rob maintained focus and did such brilliant work in the face of distractions around him. What a Pro!

Me too Vertigo, still to this day I don’t know how Rob concentrated on his work with all that crazy around him. Such a professional he is.

Thank you so much for sharing Ileana, so wonderful that the movie helped you through your difficult time. Such a beautiful movie, it touches my soul each & every time I watch. Adore Tyler so much.

All the wonderful madness of the RM pics. I was totally addicted. I hadn’t found RPAU yet and I was devouring anything and everything that came my way. And bought a new PC to keep up with my habit.

@Vertigio – thanks for this wonderful post. This has been a wonderful and life changing 4 years

@Ileana – This is why good art will always be important. I connects and starts a conversation, even if it is with yourself. I am so happy you turned on the TV that day. Big hugs

What amazing pics – those close-ups of his beautiful face…! If I were an actress, I’d be nervous about being in a film with him – he’d outshine you with his beauty every time! Vertigo, thanks for these – a reminder to us all (as if we need it!) how wonderful he was in this fabulous movie.
Ileana, I know how much a single movie can affect your life – and change it for the better – so I’m right there with you. For me it was the original ‘Twilight’ film watched when I was completely disenchanted with life and growing older and sadder by the minute. Loving Rob has given me back my lost youth and for that, I’ll be forever grateful.

Exactly Trish! I’m the oldest, newest fan on here. I’ve been trying to put my finger on exactly what has happened to me since the autumn of last year when Twilight came on the TV and that’s it! Loving Rob has also given me back my youth and my ability to feel happy again. But HOW???? It makes no sense. I don’t follow popular media stuff – that’s how I missed him in the first place. The change has even made me a better (high school) teacher. Yesterday my students told me I was the best science teacher they ever had. How absolutely crazy is that?!

Ok. Back to movie…. He seemed happy and at peace to be playing Tyler. Otherwise, the movie speaks volumes for itself and that time in our lives.

I’m making my way through his films. Remember Me just came on cable and I watched last weekend. Two more before Cosmopolis!!!

    Thx for listening you guys!!!

Thanks for sharing Mary, love hearing how Rob has brought so much happiness to our lives 🙂 He really is one of a kind that’s for sure – so so very special.

Enjoy making your way through his films, so exciting seeing them for the first time. Cannot wait to hear your thoughts on Cosmopolis. His portrayal of Eric is just beyond words.

I know he is not his character but I feel certain he’d be just that kind of a brother in real life.

So wonderful to read everyone’s comments on this post. I don’t think any of us forget what it’s like to begin to ‘get to know Rob’, through his work and his interviews. It’s such a special experience, and I think truly has taken us all a little by surprise, which makes it even sweeter.
