*scratches head* are there laws in the US limiting children in promo pics?  I don’t get it … how is Jacob there, my recollection was he stayed behind to protect Renesmee in the fight … or am I confused?  Someone … anyone … please explain

I’m fairly sure jacob was there but was to run away with renesmee if things went bad

Thanks nicki – my recollection was that Jacob took renesmee out of harms way, but wasn’t involved in fight. Lol I will dust off book and see if I can find it.

In the book, there is no fighting between the Cullens and the Volturi – though it comes close and Bella has to protect her family with her new gift of shielding them all from the likes of Jane. Jacob stays next to Bella, Edward and Renesmee during the confrontation so he can run with Renesmee if necessary – but it doesn’t come to that. Hope that clears things up for you, Maria. 🙂

Personally, I love the books AND the movies, though obviously they are completely different ‘animals’. I love the screen plays and though they don’t follow the books verbatim, still I think a great job was done. I expect there will be more than a confrontation between the Cullens and the Volturi in BD2!

I know a lot of you will be happy to see the end of the Twilight saga, but I’ll miss it when its over. So glad I’ve got all the books AND the DVDs, and I know I will continue to enjoy both for many years to come.

Thanks @Lisa – I really couldn’t remember and it’s my least favourite book so I was loathe to go back 🙂

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! That f**king poster is OUT THERE! Man, oh man, these talentless promoters need a Jules on their payroll. Now THAT would be a classy act – Jules would come up with something divine, I’m sure (lots of Edward!) This abysmal poster makes South Park look sophisticated!
