Whoahhh. According to Eddie and Robin (creator and curator), that’s exactly what Ceddie’s Dance Robes and uniforms had to endure by ship to make it to the Sydney Harry Potter Exhibition. Imagine! 40 DAYS and 2 HURRICANES. Such efforts do not go unnoticed at the Powerhouse Museum and when strolling though the exhibit, one can feel the love undertaken to present to us Aussies, the unique experience designed to transport you into that world we have grown to love through out the years.
I was fortunate enough to stand before the attire worn by Rob twice – first with Maria and second time with kiddies (just as much fun, they too went wild for it). Each time, in the presence of Ceddie’s dance robes, I was overpowered by an involuntary move in the form of a curtsy. I think Maria remembers this first hand. lol
Will try to sneak in one more round before the end of season, which falls in March of this year. If you haven’t made the trek yet and are still considering, here is the Ticketek link to secure your session. And just to get you in the mood and as a reminder, I’m reposting the teaser taste vid I slapped together with footage provided to us by the Powerhouse Museum.
To this day, I’m still thrilled to bits that Rob was a part of this classy, magical and very well interpreted story.

LOL Vertigo I did indeed see the curtsy first hand.

And remember when I wandered from the pack only to fine Ceddie’s quidditch outfit … yeah okay I squeed like the fangirl that I am when it comes to Ceddie.

Not to mention how often I said to one of them – so you’re sure that a photo of the quidditch outfit is included in this media pack you’ve given us because you know if it’s not … yeah I can ring you and you’ll provide it *giggles.

The things we do to promote Rob.

Awww being in the presence of Ceddie’s attire 😀 Hehe I can just see you doing the curtsy Vertigo – wish I had seen it first hand.

What a wonderful exhibition – can just imagine how fantastic it would be. To all who go – enjoy, am there with you in spirit 😀

Me too Vertigo, me too. Love that Rob was a part of the HP series. “classy, magical and very well interpreted story” – absolutely spot on. Ceddie – awww I just love him to pieces.
