Tamara at Kojo Pictures told me today that Sydneysiders are going to be lucky once again and will be able to see Little Ashes on the big screen.  The Chauvel Cinema in Paddington will be screening Little Ashes for 2 weeks from 25 March 2010.  Their website at the moment doesn’t have any details, but I have contacted them and will let you know screening times shortly.  This is great news coming off the back of Little Ashes winning Outstanding Film in the category of Limited Release at the 2010 Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) held in New York on Saturday, 13 March 2010.  If you weren’t able to come along to the screening in December or during Mardi Gras then you really need to get along to the Chauvel during this 2 week period so you can truly enjoy Rob’s performance on the big screen.

This is such awesome news. So so glad LA is receving some more big screen time – so deserves it 😀 Defintiely make sure you head along to see this beautiful movie. As we have said many times before, Rob’s performance as Dali is just brilliant. Huge congrats to the film for winning at the GLAAD Awards, so so deserved.

Brilliant! I am so there. 🙂

If you are in the Sydney vicinity and haven’t seen Dali on the BIG screen, this is a NOT to be missed opportunity.

Well what can I say I just finished watching Little Ashes and Robert Pattinson has blown me away again with his performance. I must also mention that I watched How to Be before LA and you can really appreciate how much Rob has grown into an absolutely brilliant actor. @Maria I have to say that my favorites have to be The Haunted Airman and Little Ashes. He is truly an amazing actor and he gives the role everything he’s got. Well done Rob I feel like a proud mum. Looking so forward to what he will bring in his coming roles especially Bel Ami and of course Water for Elephants. Being a Twilight fan I must also admit that I am so looking forward to the next chapter of this Saga. How Robs character develops after the 1st 2 films. From what I’ve seen so far about Eclipse I believe it will be the best one from the 3 that are already made. No doubt all the Twihards are going to come out of their shells and make it the most popular movie ever made. Poor Rob will be once again be in a mad mayhem. But lets hope these people will also see Rob past Eddie and see him as who he really is a brilliantly talented young man who has so much to give. Rob you deserve all the recognition lets hope that you start receiving it. Maybe an Oscar to add to your mantelpiece.

Oh you guys in Sydney are so lucky.
I on the other hand will have to wait for LA to come out on DVD, and them watch it, becuase nobody here wants to screen it.
But, good things come to those thay wait 😉

Hopefully The Chauvel gets good audiences as Rob gains more respect on the back of RM.
LA is the most beautiful film. It’s always worth seeing and especially on the big screen.
