Well we may not have seen Rob on the red carpet (which personally I am very glad about – so good that he didn’t have to endure the screaming & all the camera flashes) but here we have what we’ve all been looking forward to – the MTV extended version of the New Moon trailer complete with Rob’s intro, oh & Kristen & Taylor too of course lol.  Great to see Rob again even if it is only very brief. This trailer is pretty much the same as the one we saw yesterday but with a few little new extra pieces.   There is not a lot more Rob in this one (am greedy & want more lol) but there is one new Eddie moment towards the end of the trailer that I just love.  I am so excited about this movie. Chris looks like he has done such a wonderful job, just looks amazing from what we have seen so far.  Enjoy everyone.  Thanks to our affiliate pattinsonlife for the tip.

aww Rob did best as usual, if only they could have given him a few more sentences. Short and sweet is good too though.
Thanks Michelle, my afternoon is complete. 🙂

I will say it this once, Kristen’s hair is an improvement.

@ Vertigo – I agree. Would have been nice if Rob had been given a few more sentences. We would have been very happy if he had said the whole lot of the dialogue lol, but his short & sweet appearance was so very good.

How great is that trailer. Love Eddie’s ‘you can go to hell’ line. Cannot wait for Nov 19 – yep I just watched again lol.

I agree Michelle, Rob delivering the whole speach would have been ideal (lol), it’s not like I could hear anyone else anyway.

    Love that “hell” line too.

LOL exactly Vertigo. No one else exists to us when Rob is on screen. The countdown to NM has now well & truly begun 😀

Is it November yet?? Is it – what – No? “You can go to hell” – see not as impressive as when Eddie says it. Girls we are going to be in so much trouble at the screening!!!!!

  • Michelle

@Maria – LOL!!!!!! So so much trouble. Cannot wait.

    Posted on September 14, 2009

I am going to be impossible to be around until then. Oh and probably at the screening too. I know I know, but I will come with my volume control intact because there is no way I’m leaving the building before the moment of truth.

Was Rob drunk? He was slurring and all over the place. They must have such a strange existance. Fancy flying from Vancouver to NY just to deliver a couple of sentences.
Kristin looked fabulous. I love that she looks comfortalb ein jeans and a T shirt but can glam up as well.

  • Maria

@Claude – haha really you thought Rob was slurring? He sounded pretty clear to me, maybe you need to upgrade the broadband on your net. Seriously when Rob has had a bit to drink it’s a lot more obvious than that.

    Good morning!

Unfortunately off work last week with a cold but have caught up with what I’ve missed. What a treat Michelle! Thanks for posting the new NM trailer (no sound) absolutely fabulous and looking forward to the farewell and clocktower scenes. Not long now. …

Don’t worry Vertigo – we can prop each other up. I seriously may have to take a brown paper bag with me because I’m expecting to hyperventilate when I see Clocktower Rob on the big screen. Sorry Rob – pathetic I know, but you really do have that effect on me.

  • Michelle

@Claude – I can’t say at all that I think Rob is ‘slurring & all over the place’. I think he did a really great job as he always does. As Maria says, it is definitely much more obvious than that when Rob has had a bit to drink.

@Pippa – so sorry to hear that you have been sick. So glad that you enjoyed the NM trailer, the perfect thing for you to come back to 😀 How amazing does the trailer look. I am so so excited, how are we ever going to wait til November lol!

  • Michelle
    Posted on September 14, 2009

LOL Maria, I think you better bring along a whole packet of brown paper bags. Vertigo & I are going to be needing one of those too – lol! Yep sorry Rob. but just cannot be helped.

Thanks for posting this guys. I missed Rob on stage! I couldn’t believe he was on for so short a time. Very sad. But maybe someone is finally looking after him. Lovely to see them all enjoying themselves. Rob is so interesting to watch. He just can’t stand still. He wasn’t drunk, just Rob. Vintage. Kooky. Smiling. Perfect.
