Well I had the great opportunity today to go and see Goblet of Fire at the cinema again (thanks Cilla) – so much better on the big screen. So I feel inspired to do a little tribute post to Rob as Cedric because as we all know he was definitely Ceddie way before he was Eddie.  Oh and there’s a promo and premiere photo of Rob behind the cut from GoF days – couldn’t help myself.

Ceddie, how we love him, so so lovely. Those pics & that gif, just gorgeous.
Thank you so much for posting this great tribute Maria. Would have been so so good to see Ceddie on the big screen again. Seems no time since I first saw Rob as Ceddie jumping down from that tree. So sweet he is. GOF will always be the best HP movie for sure.

Ah yes the tree – see all those people who claim he is not athletic – tree jumping, dragon slaying, scuba diving – and he won that round – Rob not athletic – I say hummpphhh

Maria, thanks for coming to see GOF with me today. I had so much fun!
Isn’t it amazing how much Rob has changed since the HP days? He seemed to have lost all his boyishness. He’s all man now.

Definitely Cilla about today being great and also Rob. He’s definitely all man now. Thanks again for organising!

Cilla & Maria – so glad you both got to see GOF again today & had fun. Nothing better than seeing Rob on the big screen.
Agree about Rob being all man now. He just gets more lovely with age

So beautiful – I can’t believe the promo pictures, he looks exactly the same today, hasn’t aged at all

Lucky Maria and Cilla!
Now I feel like watching it again, too!
Really love the gif and pic No. 2… I so wish Cedric had won *that* round, as well… but who knows, maybe then we might not have had Daniel, Toby, Art, Edward, etc. (or not for a while)… I guess some sacrifices have to be made…
, but boy, it hurts!
Surely, Cedric’s demise broke my heart both on the page and on the screen.
Would have loved to see him show some Death Eaters who’s boss in the last book and film…
