Weekly roundup of all career news for Robert Pattinson

THE LOST CITY OF Z:  Great reviews still coming out so I have updated the movie review post. Brazilian distributors have added a poster to their website. Looks like the opening night film at En Lefko FF (Greece) will be invite only. StudioCanalUK posted a new featurette although the footage of Robert included has been posted by us before. Lots of new release dates – Bulgaria, Canada, Serbia, Cambodia, Chile, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan and Malta.  New Zealand has pushed back their release date, whilst the Ukraine has brought it forward. Posh spoilt us with some new HQ photos from the UK photocall. I thought I’d share those as a Sunday night treat. DIOR: Love seeing Robert in magazine spreads. QUEEN OF THE DESERT: Long time coming, but it’s now available on UAE iTunes. Also, IFC Films have moved the US cinema release forward to 7 April 2017.  VOD still 14 April 2017. GOOD TIME: A24 adds to their website under “coming soon”. I’m so excited for this film. Elara Pictures has also updated their website. DAMSEL: Still editing, but surely it must be almost done. IN OTHER NEWS: Did you see Jules stunning posters featuring Henry Costin after I put it out there that I was hoping they were doing a solo one for him like the new one with Charlie Hunnam. Angus Macfadyen had some comments about Robert in his latest interview – mainly how much Robert doesn’t like attention “But with Robert, I got to see the magic effect he has on women, you just don’t have a look in. .. When he starts talking they only have eyes for him, you may as well leave the room. … I don’t think he likes it, it’s too much attention”. Thanks Sue for heads up on that. COMING UP NEXT WEEK:  The Lost City of Z at the following film festivals:  Palm Springs, San Francisco, Zeeuws-Vlaanderen (Netherlands), Louisianna, Cleveland and Dallas. For dates and more info on the film festivals – check out our LCOZ film page. It may also be released in Malta, but date is currently tentative.  The Childhood of a Leader has a special screenings in Ireland at Source and Carrick.  It’s also competing at Titanic Intl Film Festival in Hungary.  Queen of the Desert will also be released in select US theatres next Friday. See you next week.
