So I just got off the phone from the Sydney Film Festival. Tickets for the “Inside the Rover: Q&A” will go on sale on Monday 19 May at 12 noon via Oztix. Don’t go searching the Oztix site just yet because it won’t be available until Monday. We will update this post with the relevant link when it becomes available.
UPDATE 19 MAY 2014
Tickets now on sale here from OzTix & Vivid Sydney
Thanks Maria – This is going to one hell of an event!
I wish I could go but I can’t!!! So not fair….(big pout). To everyone who’s going have a great time and plz report back.
Thanks Maria. Now I have to make up a fake excuse to push back a Monday meeting from 12.00 to 1.00pm! (Somteimes the truth just won’t cut it.)
@Ephie. So sorry to hear you can’t make it. But I’m sure the lovely RPAU ladies will be more than happy to offer a blow-by-blow detailed description of the event for those who can’t be there.
Tickets are on sale now. Its at the Sydney Town Hall. $47.45 each, no reserved seating. Opens at 2pm event starts at 3pm Sun 8th June.
Ladies from Sydney in-the-know – would you know where the best view would be: from the ground floor or the galleries? Many thanks..
@Georgie I haven’t been to an event at the Sydney Town Hall – shocking I know, but I would say up the front towards the southern and nothern galleries or ground floor. But I believe that it’s not reserved seating so it’s probably first in best dressed as to where you sit in each section you purchase in.
Thank you so much, Maria, it is 2nd time I get to go to event with Rob thanks to your website – you are awesome! (First was the autograph and photos taken with Rob on his visit to Sydney promoting Breading Down 2)
Thanks Maria – yes it is general admission – the trick will be to get there early then…and have a long lens camera 🙂
@Georgie I hope they let people take pictures, but with the Q&A I went to for Benedict people could only take pics in the first 5 mins. Even Benedict told people to put their phones away after that.
