Perhaps I like a challenge….it’s the only way to explain why I’ve tried to create a few more edits for The Rover when we don’t have many images from it yet (I love that we haven’t, by the way – adds to the anticipation doesn’t it?)
I think Rob as Rey is going to break my heart in the best possible way and so I guess that is my inspiration and train of thought for most of these? I hope you enjoy….

Sweet Jesus! Am really loving the feeling you’ve captured in these edits Jules and how David makes an appearance. Brilliant!

Jules I love them all, but the one where you have split the screen with Rob & Guy walking and then David on the right – that just talks to me on so many levels.
Love the way your brain works girl.

Thanks so much girls, I really appreciate your comments. Truly. Xx
@Maria I’m so pleased you enjoy that particular edit because it was definitely created with you and @vertigo in mind to celebrate your Flickerlab adventure.

Jules these are wonderful – they say a picture tells a thousand words, your wallpapers also evoke so many emotions, I love them all

I think young Mr Michod needs to get you Miss Jules to do The Rover movie posters.

These are at a totally new level, Jules. I have no words
@Cindy – I think you are right

How in hell did you craft such beautiful images from a few blurry snaps taken from a distance?! Jules, you are truly, truly gifted, girl. I’d reference the ‘sow’s ear into a silk purse’ saying, but I could never liken even the worst shot of Rob as anything so vulgar as a pig’s ear – let’s just say you’ve made exquisite visual poems out of a handful of less-than quality images. For some reason, this makes me think you’re probably a damn fine cook as well, making wonderful gourmet meals from a few simple ingredients. Seriously, why doesn’t someone employ you to do what you’re so obviously good at? I love these, and yes, for once I agree about the ‘radio silence’ on this movie – it will make the actual film that much more exciting when it’s finally released. I want to be knocked off my seat with surprise. But make it soon, OK David? Been holding our collective breath since it was announced Rob was coming to Aus to make this movie.
Jules, thank you for sharing your beautiful work with us!

The only benefit of coming late to a post, is that I can read everyone else’s comments and ditto them all!!!!! These are brilliant, absolutely brilliant, Jules. I’m quite certain that if David was to see these, he’d be seriously stoked. Thanks so much for sharing.
And after reading Trish’s comment about you probably being a damn fine cook …….. hmmmm, I think she might be onto something there. (Which would also go a long way to explaining why I’m NOT a damn fine cook! LOL)

Oh bloody hell! Your comments always blow me away girls, thank you all for being so amazing and generous and way too kind!! I’m just having a lot of fun and so pleased I can share it with you all….so thanks again for making this such a fantastic place to create and dream. Yeah, I don’t know what I’m talking about either.
I am totally looking forward to more official stills and official art work for this film….just anything and everything. But hopefully I’ll come back with a few more ideas of my own too….just because I enjoy it so much. And particularly obsessed with The Rover right now
Oh and just to set the record straight, I’m a pretty bad cook….nothing creative at all. I wish I was better LOL
