I love that I’m now quite fascinated by this entire movie industry, from listening to/about directors, how these festivals work (I swear a couple of years ago I’d never even HEARD of TIFF) etc. We’re so lucky that you lovely ladies bring it all to our attention here at RPAU, effectively doing all the dirty work for us. Thank you.

I love all this peripheral info that you feed us – it puts things in perspective, too, understanding the industry a little better, not just the finished product at the cinema. I’ve been a borderline-fanatical film buff since I was 14 (a lot of years!) so I appreciate how much work and thought goes into making even the awful ones. Some of my most profound life-changing moments have come from cinema, one of which is the reason I visit this site.
