For those who aren’t in Australia and may not know or have heard about Samuel’s cause – he made a promise to his terminally ill sister that he would raise awareness of breast cancer. How is he doing this – by trying to raise $1 million and set a new Guinness World Record for the most distance travelled on a unicycle – yes a unicycle. I watched Samuel talk about this last week on The Project whilst he was in Adelaide, I’m not surprised that he stopped in to see Rob & Guy (Samuel is also a well known Australian actor for those who are unaware).
So please donate via the Garvan Institute for Medical Research (or by sending a cheque or in person – more info here) to an amazing cause, not just because Rob took his pic with Samuel, but because we all know someone who has been affected by this disease.
So amazing what Samuel is doing. such a wonderful cause. I wish Samuel all the luck in the world. Love the pic of him with Rob & Guy -gorgeous shot. Thanks for posting Maria & for all your wonderful information. What you say about us all knowing someone who is affected by this cruel disease is so true.

Girls thanks for this pic 🙂
*waves* @Mema I was literally thinking about you this morning. Hope all is ok. It is true to lose someone to this disease and more importantly for a child to lose a parent.
Great post for a great cause, Maria. Thanks for the info re what Samuel is doing. I wasn’t aware of it until now.
hi marie 🙂 yes everything is fain working all the time thanks 🙂
Thanks @Sue. Is it weird that I’m curious whether Rob had a go on the unicycle? It seems like something he would do. Oh to be a fly on the wall …
hahaha @Maria. Thanks for giving me THAT image before bed tonight!
aww bless Samuel. This is such a good cause and just love this pic so much. Thanks for the info Maria.
Love the photo. 🙂 What a wonderful promise to make to his sister. As a BC survivor myself, I applaud Samuel for his work to raise awareness and I hope he’s successful in reaching his $1 million goal . Thanks, Maria, for the info on Samuel’s cause and the links to donate. It’s a great example of why RPAU is the classiest Rob site out there.
Thanks @Suze *hugs*
Thanks so much for this Maria, what an amazing thing to do. I wish Samuel all the luck in the world. Truly a wonderful cause, close to so many of us. Thanks again for bringing it to our attention Maria, that is such a brilliant pic of the three of them. 🙂
Thanks Maria, I wish Samuel all the best in achieving what he has set out to do.
I’ve always had a soft spot for Samual and this has just justified that interest. My heart goes out to all my RPAU family that have been effected by BC.
A wonderful post Maria. Thank you for the link.
LOL – Maria – The boys all look so proud in this photo. I wonder if the unicycle has anything to do with that
