A friend of mine from overseas sent me this email the other day and I forwarded to the girls.  Lise-Lou said – shame it’s not Rob, to which Vertigo said – I saw this the other day and wanted to do one for you all with Rob.  So here’s the version that should be making the rounds around the world.

NECK ACHE?

ARE YOU ONE OF THOSE WOMEN WHO SPENDS HOURS IN FRONT OF THE COMPUTER?

DO YOU END UP WITH NECK ACHE AND TENSION IN YOUR BACK?

My God Maria, how did you know? Two of my favourite things to do – looking at Robert, and laughing, and you have given me both in one go. You are a genius. Thank you and I am still laughing and looking. So funny …………………… I will treasure this one.

Two minutes ago I was literally cranky as hell, cursing like a trouper (under my breath), thought a bit of Rob time would improve my mood …… and Dr. Maria, I’ve been laughing ever since I read the words “Neck ache”! This is genius ~ good for the neck, good for the mind, good for the spirit …..BEST EXERCISE EVER!!!!!

ps. “Hourly” seems like sound advice!
