Like I said in my previous post – much thanks goes to TodoTwilightSaga for sharing these with us and Pattinsonlife for spending the time to crop them.  I think these are my fave … how could they not be. The first one is giving me flashbacks to Tokyo …

Yes Maria! I know exactly which pic you’re talking about. It’s one on my (numerous)fave but sadly I don’t think it’s in HQ. I call it the “I wish I were somewhere else…”

I just LOVE these beautiful pics. All Rob’s adorable facial expressions & mannerisms. So good to see some pics from the Press Conference itself. I’m with you Maria, these would have to be my fave set too So spoilt this morning – love it 😀

I know @Mim – I mean I hate repeating myself especially at work (write it down peoples if you can’t remember) – I don’t know how Rob copes with the same boring questions all the time “not many people know this, but you and Reese were in a film together before”, “what’s it like to work with an elephant”, “I heard you and Tai the elephant had a close connection”, “what was it about this movie that made you want to do it”, “Did you watch the Royal Wedding”, “[insert anything here about Twilight]” blah blah blah blah. It’s surprising that he didn’t fall asleep during these repetitive questions. Oh and I love how the Aussies did little research too during the press conference and instead put a spin on it by saying “I heard you say in an interview …” blah blah blah blah blah. I can’t for the life of me figure out how in this day and age with everything at their fingertips people can’t come up with original questions …

Imagine if we had had the chance to interview Rob – here’s two questions that weren’t asked and ok they weren’t about WFE, but … we all want to know the answers:

“Rob – what happened with Unbound Captives – I guess it’s difficult for you to now be cast in a supporting role and play someone that’s 18 even if the project were to get off the ground?”
“Rob – what scene are you most anxious about in Cosmopolis – personally I can’t wait to see you have a breakdown during the rapper’s funeral, but that’s just me”.

Hahaha – yeah see people that actually know something about Rob’s career.

    Sorry @Mim I’m rambling.

Maria, I’m totally with you. And you know, the sad thing is that EACH and EVERY time, Rob puts effort into giving an answer. But i LOVE when he actually respond in a way that highlight so brilliantly the stupidity of the question!
And gee, didn’t i get spoiled lately, because he has had to exert himself!
There is one specific interview where he underlines something about wild animals … I guess he is just too smart for all these people. It seems they don’t have a clue.

I know which interview you mean @Mim and I agree Rob always shows them up – he really is too smart for them and they don’t even realise when he’s being sarcastic – I love it 🙂

PS: Love your Gravatar Maria; it reminds me that it is actually a scene where Rob has had is own input. Of course clowns wouldn’t have dressing him up like them! and yes I agree Rob, it could have been shorter (I bet the nipple pompom was his idea too!)

Love Rob’s facial expressions in these pics. I am glad to know i’m not the only one who was frustrated with the repetition of all these interviews. I can’t even begin to imagine Rob’s frustration with it all.

Ooohhhh. These are lovely. That each and every one of these tells a story.
I must admit I have more respect for any actor mow after seeing how hard they work promoting their films. This is not part of the creative proccess that drew them into acting. To have to answer these stupid repetitive questions about something you really have put your heart and soul into must be beyond frustrating.
Rob most certainly shows them up with his answers and his own questions back. However he somehow manages this without any loss of face for the stupid interviewer. I think this is a remarkable feat and one that I love.

You mean there is more of these woohooo!

Oh Maria you forgot the most asked question…about Rob having a cold during the love scene *yawn* funny the first time but 496 times is a bit much. Rob is absolutely the most giving person despite being asked these questions 1000 times he still gave it is all, injected with some creative responses 😉
