Thanks @Rememberwhen – nicely worded. It was wonderful to see Rob – I feel for him though that they kind of tacked Australia to the end of this promo tour – he was tired as it was and then they sat him on a plane for 23 hours just so he could pretty much work his butt off in Sydney for just over 36 hours. He will have spent more time in the air getting to and from Sydney than he actually did in Sydney – so hats off to Rob for never wanting to disappoint his fans.

I loved being within touching distance of him – but it was impossible to get pics.

Oh well – let’s pray that Hoyts Distribution sees how amazing it is to bring Rob to Australia and they include him on the BD promo tour and give Rob a chance to experience Sydney like it should be. Having said that I was chuffed to see Rob’s reaction when the Seven News interviewed him and he said “Wow the fans have gone all quiet for this interview – that never happens anywhere else”.

Score one for Aussie fans of Rob!

You guys have said it all already but I totally agree with RememberMe. We stood at the beginning of the red carpet waiting and I unfortunately being short did not even see Rob getting out of the car. And then we were herded in along the red carpet and it was not until we got to the corner that we realised we had actually walked past Rob and Reese without even realising. That was my biggest disappointment that we were within metres of Rob and did not even know to look in his direction. I was under the impression like a lot of the others that they were way ahead of us…And the next disappointment was the live feed that did not happen.
Otherwise I loved meeting other fans from this blog, sharing our love for Rob and dressing up and all that. Our hotel was fantastic and the weather was gorgeous too so overall I had a great time.
I loved the movie and liked most of the changes they made to the book. I can’t wait to see it again multiple times.
