Well I guess whoever decided that Rob deserved to be on the cutting room floor is pretty much kicking themselves now or has been for the last few years, that’s for sure.   Imagine the DVD sales – just imagine.  For those who haven’t seen Rob’s short scene in Vanity Fair, then this is going to be a treat.  I wonder if Rob and Reese had a little laugh about how far he’s come now – from playing her son in 2004 to – well you know there’s no Oedipus complex involved that’s for sure.   You just never know where life is going to lead do you.  Anyway enough of me chatting – hit play and listen to the wonderful dulcent tones that I miss so much – ooh just remembered Rob has an English accent in Bel-Ami *squee*.  Oh and Rob looks pretty dapper too, but that goes without saying.

This is fab! Thanks Maria. I will have to get this movie and watch it now, cause I cant see how the movie makes any sense without this scene!?
Oh and yes give yourselves a good hard kick the people who put Rob on the cutting floor! You losers.

I just cannot even begin to understand what the person was thinking who cut Rob’s scene out – well they clearly were NOT thinking. Ain’t that the truth Maria, they would most definitely be kicking themselves that is for sure!!! The ending they decided to go with in the film is very different to this one Cindy. I of course prefer Rob’s & yep it definitely would have made much more sense ending it this way.

I cannot wait to see Rob & Reese working together again. 2011 – are you here yet??? Thanks for sharing this wonderful scene Maria – I love it so much. Rob’s beautiful English accent *sigh*

Oh & for all those who wish to purchase the DVD, Amazon have it available 😀 Unfortunately I don’t think we can still buy the one with the deleted scenes here in Australia. Well not that I’ve seen.

Thanks for this clip, Maria. I was struck by his size when he stood next to Reece (she is tiny, which made all the more towering). What can be said, he’s stunning.
