Don’t forget that MTV on FOXTEL will be showing the VMA Red Carpet and Awards show “live” from 4.00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Monday 14 September 2009.   Click here to see program guide.  It then looks like they will be repeating them straight after for those who missed the “live” version.  I’m not sure if it really is live, because they also said they were showing the MTV Movie Awards “live” and it wasn’t.  In any event, not having a go at you MTV or FOXTEL because you’ve got them on from 4.00 pm to 11.00 pm so the fact that you are screening the VMAs means there is nothing for me to complain about.  Oh and I think I know why Russell Brand cut Rob off last year, clearly Rob’s jokes were funnier than his (not hard really).  Thanks to socialitelife for the pic.

It seems that a few of you loved the pic in Michelle’s previous post of Rob at Holly & Stephen’s Saturday Showdown.  He did look mighty fine back in 2006, but then again he always looks mighty fine.  Here are two of my favourites from that day.  You really do have to love vintage Rob.

Seeing as I have been class free for the past two days, I thought I would take the opportunity to have a proper look through my Rob photo collection & share with you some more of my most favourites. Now as you can imagine this has taken me quite some time to decide on a final ten, ten was the smallest I could narrow it down to. It’s been announced that Rob will be appearing at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards on 13 September alongside Taylor and Kristen to debut another exclusive New Moon trailer.  Aussies will be happy to know that  MTV on FOXTEL/Austar will air the show on 14 September 2009 at 4.00 pm.   Summit just  a tip – it better have plenty Volterra and the clocktower scenes this time (I’m just saying because you need to give people what they really want to see).  Oh and here’s another tip for the irritating Russell Brand – don’t cut Rob off this year when he’s about to speak because “NEWSFLASH* we’d rather listen to what he’s saying any day than the rubbish that comes out of your mouth.  (Ah karma is so good – you see Russell in 12 months Rob’s level of celebrity has reached heights that you probably only dream about)!  If you want to read MTV’s full article, then click here.  Thanks to our affiliate pattinsonlife for the tip.

The title of this post should give away which interview is my one of my favourites.  I just loved Rob on Ellen DeGeneres last year.  How sweet is it when they show his parents and sisters in the audience and Rob’s comments about his parents’ dancing.  For me this is one of the most endearing interviews of Rob and that giggle – I could listen to that all day.  I really miss these interviews, although as I’ve said before, I’m glad he’s not being pimped out so much for New Moon.  I wonder if that will change with Eclipse though.  Anyway, too many memorable moments for me to pick just one, but Rob, just so you know, you’re reaction to the screaming fangirls, well I completely understand because sometimes I feel like I’ve “left my brain at the door” too when it comes to you.  Thanks to lionandlamblove for the clip.
