Thanks to our wonderful Lise-Lou here’s a new Stewart Shining pic that she scanned from West Australian, The Sunday Times Magazine.  Lordy Lordy Lise-Lou you have outdone yourself. Thanks gorgeous. No doubt we will see this reposted  and improved somewhere hehehe.

The cover of USA Weekend has a new pic of Eddie which is why I thought I would post. If you want to read the articles, then you can click here. Ah the Eddie train is in full speed … not long now before we start to see some new interviews. As much as I know he’s going to be exhausted I just can’t wait, I miss Rob’s interviews.   Thanks to mediocrechick at twilightxchange for the scan.
I just felt like posting this pic of Rob from LA Times last year. I know not everyone loves bearded Rob (and why the hell not what’s wrong with you?) but I”ve been wanting to post it for a few days now, so I thought it could be an afternoon treat.
Thanks to our wonderful affiliate Kimber @ Robert Pattinson Unlimited, here’s another pic from David Strick’s LA Times Hollywood Backlot. Believe it or not – I’m speechless.
This morning’s pic, and how good was Goz’s version, had me thinking about some of my other favourite photoshoot pics and I remembered how much I loved Michael Allen Jones’ pic for Carla Meyer’s article in The Sacramento Bee – “Q&A: ‘Twilight’ is beyond the pale for young star“. So I went back and reread the article because I remembered it was so classic Rob, and it too brought a smile to my face:
“CM:Â Did you do anything physically to prepare for the role? I mean, apart from staying out of the sun …
Rob:Â Um, well, I’m from England, so I am kind of pasty anyway, and it’s not really sunny in Oregon, where we were shooting. I (also) worked out with a boxing trainer, just to get, you know, a body. (laughs) “
I miss Rob. Hopefully, we see some old Rob in any New Moon press conferences/interviews we will undoubtedly see soon, but if you want to read the article to reminisce just click on the link.
In this short interview with Metro Newspaper, Rob talks about several topics including, filming New Moon, being recognised & also talks about how he makes his choices in regards to the roles he is being offered. I always enjoy reading interviews with Rob & this one was no exception. It is a really great read.
Here is a snippet from interview:
How is the filming going?
It’s great. To be honest, I am surprised at how relaxed it is. I was really nervous before we started because there’s so much expectation now. But with this team, everything seems to work really well. Everyone knows each other. It’s one of the most relaxed jobs I’ve ever worked on. It’s really strange. It’s going really well so far.
Are there differences in your preparation to play Edward?
I feel very familiar with the character. I’m a ghost, a figment of Bella’s imagination. I’m not really playing Edward. I’m playing a kind of disrupted memory, which is really strange. I’m trying to play him as if Edward’s constantly thinking that things are going to fall apart. It’s this idyllic relationship on the top. I’m very, very close to the surface. He’s so insecure about everything.
