Looks like the Ukraine is following Russia and also releasing Robert Pattinson “The Childhood of a Leader” on 22 September 2016.  Volga Ukraine is the distributor.  Excellent news.

Now this is just a proposed date, subject to change as we know. But at this stage, the film is listed to be released in Russia on September 22 2016. We will of course let you know if this changes. Until then excites for Russia.

Volga confirmed to RPAustralia today that they are definitely planning to release The Childhood of a Leader their autumn which means the September date above is correct.

Robert Pattinson “The Childhood of a Leader” is competing in the festival’s grand prize for the Golden Tulip International Competition section.  According to Beyazperde:

“… the theme of new insights into the cinema watching movies competing. 35. Istanbul Film Festival, the Golden Tulip International Competition is taking place in the section of 15 films from 14 countries. Director Pablo Trapero Golden Tulip International jury headed by actor Melisa Sozen, actor Lior Ashkenazy, video artist Ali Kazma and producer Ewa PuszczyÅ„sk and ranks.”
