Lauren from Seventeen recently sat down with Oliver Irving to talk with him about ’How To Be’
This interview is nice & long at over 8 minutes & I really enjoyed watching it. During the interview Oliver talks about a range of things including, the plot of the film, casting ‘Art‘, the music in the film including Rob‘s harmonica playing (which I think is fantastic) & he also mentions he really enjoyed what he got from the scene in the film where Art gives himself a pep talk in the mirror, saying he knew they ‘got it right’ So very very true. As you all know (as I have said it many many times lol) I love this scene & it is my most favourite in the whole film. Only 6 days to go now until the DVD release, can’t wait.

Good morning everyone! Here’s a beautiful picture of Art from HOW TO BE to brighten up your morning, thanks to Pattinson Online. If you want to see a larger version, please click on the picture. Oh, and don’t forget that Rob’s birthday is only two days away! Wonder what he’d be doing on his birthday?
On top of Rob winning the ’Best Actor Award’ at the First Glance Film Festival, held in Hollywood, California, How To Be was also named ‘The Best of The Fest’ taking home the ‘Audience Award‘ & Oliver Irving took out the award for ‘Best Director’
This is such fantastic news for the film. Congratulations once again to Rob, whose performance as Art was absolutely brilliant & also to Oliver for writing & directing such a wonderful film. All these awards are so well deserved as I am sure you all agree.
Only 9 days to go until the UK DVD release (as you can tell I am not counting down or anything lol)
Thanks to Tracy at the How To Be Promotional Blitz for this great news.
Rob has been awarded the Best Actor Award at the First Glance Film Festival which was held in California on the weekend. Rob won this award for his portrayal of Art in ‘How To Be’
Congratulations Rob. Very very well deserved.
Thanks to Tracy at the How To Be Promotional Blitz for this great news.
This interview is quite long, and I’ve always been interested in hearing what Rob has to say about Art. Art is such a unique character, and he’s very hard to define. Nevertheless (this is my personal opinion, though) Rob looked a bit drained in this interview and he hardly smiled. He seemed a bit down, or was he just tired? Or maybe I’m just being paranoid again.
