I can’t believe it was 2 years ago today that the Australian premiere, organised by Cilla – RPAU’s original owner, was held. Â What a day that was – the anticipation and excitement in seeing this film on the big screen for the first time. I have so many fond memories from that day – two being that I met Michelle for the first time in person and Vertigo walking up to me as I was handing out tickets and saying “are you Maria from the site?” Â I guess I looked like the only smartarse associated with RPAU even then LOL. Â It wasn’t too long after that night that Cilla gave the site to both Michelle and I and we seriously have never looked back. Â See Rob you bring so much more than just entertainment. Â Anyhoo – I just felt like seeing some Art tonite and what better way than our favourite Golden Years HTB scenes.
I LOVE receiving the ‘How To Be’ newsletters by email & reading the latest news about this wonderful film. Â This is what the latest update tells us:

We all know that Rob’s smile is like pure sunshine and better than any medicine. There is only one thing that can beat that, his giggle. You know the one when he scrunches his face right up and you can see the pure joy in his face. When Rob giggles you can’t help but giggle right back at him. You don’t believe me? Try and look at these without giggling, I dare you.
Exciting news for our US friends, How To Be is going to be screened this Wednesday 2nd February at 3 different times – 9.40am, 2.30pm & 5.35pm. If you miss any of those times you can also catch adorable Art on Thursday 10th February at 8.15am, 12.30pm & 4.45pm, Friday 18th February at 8.50am & 1.25pm & lastly Wednesday 23rd February at 6.05am & 12.00pm Even though we of course own this wonderful film on DVD, it’s always so exciting seeing Rob’s films on TV – I just LOVE it!
It still feels like I have been let loose in a candy store (but Rob is so much better than candy) and I have to keep pinching myself so I thought tonight it would be fun to share some of my favourite pictures with you. I know the title says a “few” of my favourite things but it appears that I can’t count and a few became a few more. I am sure you don’t mind and hope you enjoy these as much as I do.
Thanks Maria for helping me dig up some of these treasures and letting us all enjoy your mad cropping skills.
