Screen Daily and Deadline both reported that Samuel Goldwyn Films have bought the North American rights for Waiting for the Barbarians and will release on digital platforms on 7 August 2020. From the press release :

Robert Pattinson in Morocco filming Waiting for the Barbarians
Nabil Jalil shared a different clearer version of his photo with Rob when he filmed Waiting for the Barbarians in Morocco back in 2018. We posted a different version Nabil shared back in December 2018 which you can see HERE. Nabil was one of the transportation coordinators for the film. As yet, still no word on when we will see this film.
