We’ve focused on most of Robert’s films to date for Movie Monday so I felt it only just that we include Robert’s character “Charles Marker” from The Childhood of a Leader.  Although Robert’s role was small in this film, it had the most impact.  Don’t worry I won’t give away spoilers for those who are yet to see the film.  I will, however, share a few of my favourite quotes about Robert’s performance:

“In a great cast Robert Pattinson with a cameo of just ten minutes it gives meaning to the whole movie …” Cinematographo

“Robert Pattinson’s cameo doesn’t hit a wrong note, in a double role that, in the finale, creates one of the most interesting moments of the movie”, Positive Magazine

“Inspired by the childhoods of many of the 20th Century’s great dictators, it’s enlivened by an utterly chilling turn from Robert Pattinson …” Britflicks

“English actor Robert Pattinson, his virtuosity and range finally exploited”, Fabled
