So much to look forward to especially promo Robert and my favourite tweet of the day goes to Steve Kopian “As everyone has said with LOST CITY OF Z Robert Pattinson has become one of the best actors working today” – what we’ve known all along.  THE LOST CITY OF Z:  We had confirmation on Monday that Robert was attending the world premiere and he didn’t disappoint.  I was perplexed that there was to be no Charlie Hunnam, but then I realised that Charlie’s currently filming the remake of “Papillion” in Serbia.  I also want to believe that it would be too much hotness for one place *swoon*.  I decided to start the movie review post in anticipation of the reviews that would emerge after the NYFF screening. I was actually inspired by comments like this one “LCOZ represents a form of epic storytelling that has all but vanished from the landscape of modern cinema, and a rare level of artistry.” So many great comments.  You can check out all the NYFF posts below or at our Master Post here. MVP Pictures Vietnam also confirmed to RPAU that they are releasing the film in 2017, with a definite date to be confirmed. The US knows though when it will see the film as does Argentina. QUEEN OF THE DESERT: Japan is finally releasing the film in January 2017.  That was a long wait. THE CHILDHOOD OF A LEADER:  Two screenings at Cologne Film Festival and I have to say I missed notifying about the first one. Sorry, but my life at the moment is extremely hectic. Sometimes I don’t get time to get online. The film is also screening as part of the 7th American Film Festival in Poland at the end of this month.  I’ve added JW3 London to the upcoming UK screenings and Arcata, CA to US screenings. Lucky Latin Americans who subscribe to the AMC Channel can watch the film in the comfort of their own home. GOOD TIME: IMDbPro updated listing new cast members and also adding 10 October 2016 as new post production date.  DIOR:  GQ Australia comes to the party – make sure you purchase your copy. LIFE: Added a few more screenings for the release in Mexico.  HARRY POTTER & THE GOBLET OF FIRE:  The UK can watch Robert on the big screen with Picturehouses holding a Harry Potter weekend on 29 & 30 October 2016. Lucky ducks. IN OTHER NEWS: We brought back our In His Own Words.  Expect more of those in the coming months. Oh and I did notice The Trap mentioned in Production Weekly this week, but Tracy confirmed that it’s not the Harmony Korine film. Posh retweeted this great quote from David Cronenberg. Last time I checked, the tally for #WeGOforRob is $19,280 – that’s 64.27% funded. There seems to be  a glitch on their website at the moment.  Studio Canal (France) showed a 5 minute showreel for The Lost City of Z and it had great buzz like this  COMING UP NEXT WEEK: The Childhood of a Leader will be at Riga Film Festival on 21 October 2016.  I think that’s it I’m too pooped from all the Robert photos today – so until next week.
