@ephie – the anti Rob campaign is alive and well for EVERY film he is involved in. People are taking bets on how long before he disappears after November. And by repeat of the Twilight/Edward hate campaign I’m assuming you are talking about the petition put together by the Twihards? Petitions do nothing .. that was just ridiculous.

Anyway – I get that some people don’t think Rob can act. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. After all I think that Nicole Kidman and Gwenyth Paltrow are two of the worst actresses in Hollywood. I never watch their films and they’ve both walked away with Oscars. I cannot tell you how ecstatic I was that Kidman never went through with Bel Ami. So in all honesty, although sometimes on here I get on a soapbox, I truly truly don’t care about the haters – as long as they don’t come over here to espouse their crap because they won’t change my opinion of Rob. I like him and I’m a very loyal person. I’ve never understood why people go trolling onto a “fansite” with their bitchy comments – life’s too short to waste time on the things you don’t like.

Yes you assumed right that’s what I was referring to. I do agree that everyone is entitled to their opinion but spewing hate over the Internet is a silly waste of time. Totally agree as long as they don’t come here with their venom let them drown in their hatred. I don’t get it but it is what it is.
After all it’s the filmmakers’ opinion that really counts and it seems to me that Rob is doing very well in that department.

Despite my head not being quite in the game, my review went well and I got some great feedback from my boss, so thanks everyone for your good wishes!!! I am safe for another 12 months LOL!!! Now, back to the distractions!!!!

@Elane – I know what you mean. I got a whole bunch of Rob’s reading list about 2 months ago and I can say they have all been great and challenging so far. I am reading an Icelandic Nobel prize winner for God’s sake. In what other universe but Rob’s would I be exposed to that?
