Robert Pattinson on the Damsel Berlinale Red Carpet
There’s Rob on the red carpet, Rob talking Valentine’s Day, why he found the Damsel script appealing and a little bit of how he felt clog dancing. Sit back and enjoy
Thanks Cyn
TRANSCRIPT:
“Yes and almost always around Valentine’s Day, which is really strange. Or kind of convenient. It is great, it is really nice. It is always surprisingly large groups of people here as well, everyone is excited and it is not as freezing cold as normal as well.”
“That is how, as soon as I read the script, I was like, initially when someone says it is a Western comedy, you’re like ‘Oh I don’t know about that,’ and then I read it and it was so strange and so abstract, there was something really original and funny about it so that was pretty appealing.”
“The dancing thing definitely brought out the shy side of me. That was absolutely terrifying, especially with a whole bunch of people who are professional dancers. Every single person in that scene was really really good at it and a natural and I am so not a natural at all.”
I think Id be happy if I could have Rob just say the word ‘dancers’ on repeat.
