It has been a relatively quiet week, but we are heading towards Christmas. GALAS & PARTIES:  The surprises continue this week – love when Robert attends events and he poses for photos.  LIFE:  Lucky ducks in Austria and Germany can watch on Sky Cinema. GOOD TIME: ScreenDaily confirmed that Ascot Elite will distribute in German speaking Europe and gave us this tidbit – “great script and killer promo” – I’m ready! IMDbPro added Barkhad Abdi to the cast, although we already knew he was involved. QUEEN OF THE DESERT:  Greece can now own on DVD. Gaga, the Japanese distributor, updated their website and added “About the Movie” – they’ve posted a pic of Robert as TE Lawrence which is a crop from a previous BTS still. THE TRAP: No Robert news, but James Franco removed from IMDbPro on 30 November 2016.  Indiewire also posted an article about Harmony Korine and only mentioned Al Pacino and Benecio Del Toro.  Stay tuned. THE CHILDHOOD OF A LEADER:  There’s an upcoming screening in Wicklow, Ireland on 13 March 2017. Lucky peeps. IN OTHER NEWS:  Michelle’s on top of all FOXTEL screenings.  I tweeted Stan to see if they would stream The Childhood of a Leader – their response “Not at this stage but we will pass on your request to the Acquisitions Dept!”  Yes please. The Irish Times has included the soundtrack of The Childhood of a Leader in it’s best 2016 films “”standout…has to be Scott Walker’s rip-roaring orchestral racket for Brady Corbet’s The Childhood of a Leader”. Head on over to vote for it.  Michelle also made sure we met Jules’ Mr December *fansself* and Jules tweeted a gorgeous Seasons Greeting edit. Film School Rejects included The Childhood of a Leader in “Films You Should See This Awards Season”.  Robert and FKA Twigs portrait taken by Mario Testino at the Met Gala 2015 has been included in his permanent exhibition at his museum in Peru. Stellar. COMING UP NEXT WEEK:  Fairly quiet week, but Spain does get The Childhood of a Leader on DVD on 7 December. See you next week.

Lol. It’s been a while since I’ve voted. I’m up for this one though. Childhood of a Leader had an awesome soundtrack

Yep, I’ll vote for that awesome soundtrack any day! As for this update, I think I’m a week behind, so thanks Maria!
