According to Flicks NZ, Queen of the Desert will be released in New Zealand in 2016.  A date is yet to be confirmed, and I know what you’re thinking, Life was supposed to be released and was then pulled.  Just letting you know it’s apparently on the radar for now.  Will keep you posted.
