I’m not sure how I missed this back in June 2014 during The Rover’s LA promo, but I came across it tonight whilst I was listening to a Joel Edgerton podcast.  Anyway, Susan talks about the experience of being in Cannes with The Rover and mentions the film and Rob.  It’s really lovely to listen to the admiration for Rob – go ahead – listen to the whole thing I won’t spoil it for you.  Gives great insight on why Susan thinks Rob gave such a performance and how he loved the solitude of filming out in the desert.

You can either listen to the podcast in iTunes here or click on the pic and listen to the interview on Australians in Film website.

Thanks for finding this, Maria. It’s great hearing praise for Rob amongst fans, but to hear it from people who have actually worked with him is absolutely priceless.
