Sydney has been spoilt again with a few screenings at Golden Age Cinema & Bar at Surry Hills. I love this:
“Why should you see this film?
This is easily one of the best films of 2014. Moore’s performance is faultless, transformative, and totally Oscar-worthy. The script was written by Bruce Wagner, who was himself once a struggling actor/writer working as a driver – sometimes of ambulances and other times of limousines. The kicker is that, regardless of vehicle, there would often be the same customers riding in the back from one day to the next. After a couple of recent misses, this is Cronenberg back to his body horror best.”
It really is one of David’s best films. No bias – I loved it.
The following sessions are currently listed:
Thursday 8th Jan, 6pm
Thursday 8th Jan, 8.30pm

What are you waiting for!

That is fantastic, so wonderful the film is getting more big screen time. So true Maria. Golden Age Cinema & bar have been brilliant. Enjoy those who are able to go 🙂
I still live in hope I will see MTTS on the big screen. VERY unlikely, but I can always hope lol. Bring on the DVD release 🙂
The blurb is brilliant. The location is suburb. Hopefully many more get to see this movie. It really is creating it’s own buzz
