At the suggestion of @nic_ki2 today we are going to celebrate Australia Day and make Rob welcome here in Oz by referring to him as “Robbo” for the next 24 hours. I mean it’s not like he isn’t going to hear someone call him that during his stay. So here’s some Robbo in ‘Straya and for those of us lucky enough to have seen Robbo when he first hit Sydney on 6 May 2011 … I think his comment on the stage in The State Theatre is perfect
“Let’s ava look atchya”
or as an Aussie would say “Strewth, that Robbo is a bloody good sort ain’t he”
 
Oh Maria these are grouse. Sitting at my computer grinning from ear to ear – I still feel so lucky to have seen him in Sydney and yes loved him in the theatre for WFE – what fantastic pics/memories 🙂

I still find it funny that I spent the whole day preparing to see Robbo on the red carpet yet when I did, it came as a total surprise. OMG! He was right there! I get Goosebumps thinking about that amazing day
