According to The Playlist:
“Well, Thanksgiving has barely started and the first top ten list of 2012 has arrived from the snooty folks (kidding guys, we love you) at French movie bible Cahiers Du Cinema, and as usual, it’s pretty…eclectic…
If you ever doubted the magazine’s dedication to AUTEURS, this list will set your mind at ease. Topping it is Leos Carax‘s celebrated (and somewhat divisive) poem to the movies themselves, “Holy Motors,” which we suspect will be finding its way to many lists as the year winds down. Equally divisive, David Cronenberg‘s “Cosmopolis” slots into second place, but from there, things get a bit funky.  …”

Wonderful to see Cosmopolis and Rob receiving the recognition it deserves.
This is such wonderful news. And am so with you Maria, how great it is to see Cosmopolis & Rob receive the recognition they truly deserve. Am grinning from ear to ear. Thanks for posting Maria 😀
Thanks Maria. Having just googled Cahiers du Cinema, I can’t help but think that Rob himself would be pleased about this …..
Thanks Maria, this is such wonderful and exciting news. Without a doubt this wonderful news should be celebrated. Warms my heart to see Rob and Cosmopolis getting such recognition. 😀
Thanks for this Maria. Love to see all the praise this movie is still receiving!!!,
Wow! That is brilliant and well deserved.
Also brilliant is I got my copy today!!!!! I can’t wait to see the extras that Roberta has been teasing us with… and have my finger on the slow mo for some choice parts
Absolutely awesome news!!! Definitely well deserved as Carmel said.
This was clearly a turning point in his career and it was obviously meant to happen. Another actor dropped out of the movie at the right time for Rob to be offered the role. And the rest is history…so proud of him right now.
